苦瓜豆腐

材料豆腐50~100g、1條苦瓜、絞肉100g、蔥少量、醬油少量

熱量約350卡

作法

苦瓜清洗後切塊挖空;豆腐切碎和絞肉、少量的蔥及醬油全部放入碗中,用湯匙混合攪拌,將攪拌好的食材,紛紛塞入挖空的苦瓜中,再放入電鍋中蒸約1小時~1小時30分鐘即可。

豆腐湯

材料豆腐50~100g、冬粉50g、高麗菜100g、海帶100g、番茄100g

作法

將高麗菜、海帶及番茄用水清洗,豆腐切塊,高麗菜切絲,番茄切片,然後將所有食材放入鍋中,再加水約1000cc煮熟即可。

作法

將豆腐切碎,胡蘿蔔洗淨後切絲,然後再將切好的豆腐及胡蘿蔔放入盤中,再加入煮熟的飯中,將醬油倒入,用湯匙混合攪拌,放入電鍋中燜約20分鐘即可。
