四、每天做做几个小动作可缓解颈椎病



颈椎病是一种症状复杂,病程缓慢,病因多样的疾病,怀疑不等于就是,因此您一定要及时到医院去检查确诊,然后再根据病情选择适合自己病情的治疗方法,千万不能“怀疑颈椎病”就胡乱治疗。那么怎样才能有效防治颈椎病呢?建议办公室工作人员,在工作之余,不防多做做以下几个简单小动作:

 (1)双手摩擦

两脚分开站立,距离与肩同宽。身体力求放松,双手掌心放置于头颈后,手掌用力摩擦颈部以使有温热、舒适感。

 (2)瞻前顾后

站立位,头颈向右后转,眼看右后方,然后还原;头颈向左后转,眼看左后方,还原。

(3)前伸探海

站立位,头颈前伸并侧转

向右前下方,眼看前下方似向海底窥探一样;回复原位,头颈前伸并前侧转向左前下方,眼看前下方。

(4)颈项侧弯

站立位,头颈向右后上方尽力转,眼看右后上方,似向天空望月亮一样;然后头颈转向左后上方做同样的动作。

(6)缩颈耸肩

站立位,雙手叉腰,下頜后收下沉,雙肩逐漸向前上收攏,上提聳肩,此時雙肩及肩胛部有明顯酸脹感。 肩上聳到最高點時,吸氣到最大程度,然後用口緩緩吐氣。 同時,頭逐漸後仰,下頜上升,雙肩由上向後下擴展並使肩盡力下沉,此時胸部及肩部有牽緊及酸脹感。
