2.鹽分





鹽吃多了不僅對身體健康產生影響,還會讓皮膚變得乾燥粗糙,這都是因為鈉離子揮發身體中的水分,肌膚細胞變得乾癟,沒有活力,影響細胞的更新和代謝,加速著衰老的進程,皺紋也就會出現,但有不少的人很喜歡吃醃製的食物,尤其是一些臘腸,小鹹菜,深受大家的歡迎,但這些食物是通過鹽脫水來保存的,這就導致食物本身帶有很多的鹽分。
