Jose Mourinho in numbers: Are Tottenham getting the 'Special One' or a fading force?

Eight domestic league titles, eight domestic cups and four major European trophies - you don't have to dig too deep into Jose Mourinho's track record to see why Tottenham have appointed him as their manager. Between the sun setting on Tuesday night and rising again on Wednesday morning, Spurs ended Mauricio Pochettino's popular reign and replaced him with the former Chelsea and Manchester United boss. A decisive move, a divisive decision. The Portuguese is a serial winner of trophies - something Spurs have ufabetคาสิโนออนไลน์ been sorely lacking - but he also somewhat blotted his copybook with a troubled reign at United, which included accusations of dull, pragmatic football and clashes with players. So have Tottenham appointed the 'Special One' or yesterday's man? BBC Sport looks through the numbers of his career so far. A serial winner For a club without a league title since 1961 and whose last trophy was the 2008 League Cup, Tottenham's move for Mourinho is understandable. Pochettino did คาสิโนขั้นต่ำ10บาท some wonderful things during his four and a half years, but a trophy eluded him - Spurs lost the 2015 League Cup final to Chelsea and were beaten by Liverpool in last season's Champions League showpiece, and they finished second in the Premier League in 2017. This is Mourinho's eighth club in four countries, and he has won league titles in all of those - twice in Portugal and Italy and three times in England. The 56-year-old has won the main domestic cup competition in all four of the countries in which he has managed and three League Cups in England. He is also the only manager to have won both the Champions League and the Uefa Cup/Europa League more than once - winning both with Porto, the former with Inter and the latter with Manchester United. As it stands, he is beating his new club 20-17 on major trophies won.In 14 completed seasons as a manager, Mourinho has only finished outside the top three of the league in which he is managing once. The only time he has left a club in a position lower than sixth was when Chelsea sacked him in 2016 with the side 16th. Across his career, his win percentage is a superb 64.8%, and he has picked up a stellar 2.15 points per game on average. In the Premier League, he has won 61.9% of his matches. Only four managers to have taken charge of 50 or more games in the competition can better his 2.10 points per game - Manchester City boss Pep Guardiola (2.39), former United manager Sir Alex Ferguson (2.16), ex-Chelsea boss Antonio Conte (2.14) and Jurgen Klopp of Liverpool (2.12).

Hong Kong: 'I was tear gassed getting my lunch'

"I've been tear รูเล็ตฟรี gassed a few times, but never when I was outside my office - popping out to get my lunch," says one trader at HSBC. He is describing the moment this week when Hong Kong's protests came to the central financial district , one of the world's biggest commercial hubs. He says it was a watershed moment, that's made him and many of his peers question their future in the city. Speaking to the BBC under condition of anonymity, directors at some of the biggest international banks and law firms said they are seeing their business in Hong Kong shrink as the protests continue to escalate. Financial services make up a fifth of Hong Kong's economy ไฮโลฟรี and people come from all over the world to live and work here. Its large expatriate community is attracted by the low taxes, well-paid jobs, stability and high standards of living. However, the lure of prosperity and stability in the East Asian hub has been undermined substantially since Hong Kong has been racked by five months of anti-government protests, backing increased democracy and opposing the actions of the police. Panic button This last week where violence has intensified has made many firms reconsider the safety of their staff in the city. One hedge fund manager has even been given a panic button app in case of an emergency and plans are in place with his work to evacuate him and his family to another major city "if we were in danger they have a team of people who would get us out". A banker at HSBC says only half of their staff came in to the office on Friday as people are encouraged to work remotely if they can't get in safely. Staff are kept closely informed about the situation on the ground according to a BNP Paribas employee "We get regular emails early in the morning and through the day from the business continuity management team - telling us whether it's safe to go into offices - and whether we should go home early." 'Pro-protester or pro-police' Anecdotally, the political pressure from the Chinese government on banks and law firms is also growing - and it's putting pressure on staff. Some partners in law firms are being asked to pin their colours to the mast and state whether they support the protesters or the Chinese government before winning business from Chinese firms. Losing business to Singapore One of the biggest concerns for financial firms is the impact all of this is having on the economy as its reputation for stability unravels. A source at one of the world's biggest international banks says it expects its Hong Kong revenue to be down by 25% in the last quarter of their financial year as a result of the violence. Many banks are now reviewing their investment plans in Hong Kong over the next few years "If we're still talking about this in six months time, people will start giving up on Hong Kong" They are concerned that people who are planning major deals will now turn to banks and law firms in Singapore because, in the words of one, "it has a more predictable medium-term outlook". So far most of the business impact has been on small companies - restaurants for example. There is concern amongst bankers, borne out in recent economic statistics, that this could spread more widely. "The classic company we deal with would be lending money to a Chinese shipping company that does its financial transactions through HK. They rely on a healthy business environment in Hong Kong. Now we worry they will go bankrupt".

he sequel to the global smash hit is “a meandering psychedelic journey” with “fumbled twists” writes Nicholas Barber.

And so, for the vaguest of reasons, the gang sets off on another ไฮโลฟรี quest. Unfortunately, they don’t encounter any sneaky villains or ravenous wolves, and so the filmmakers manufacture some conflict by turning Anna into a co-dependent brat who keeps snapping at Elsa and Kristoff. Was she this tetchy and judgemental in the last film? I doubt the others would have rushed to her aid in the finale if she had been. Lacking any real jeopardy, Frozen II is a meandering psychedelic journey involving standing stones, elemental spirits, รูเล็ตฟรี time-warping glaciers, the Dark Sea, and a supernatural fog reminiscent of Alex Garland’s sci-fi horror movie, Annihilation. It’s also reminisc ent of a Tolkien fantasy saga, although its fixation on the characters’ origins and their homeland’s politics may bring back traumatic memories of the Star Wars prequels. The script tries to answer the questions raised in the first film, even though none of them needed answering, but its convoluted explanations are so perplexing that there may need to be a third film just to answer all the questions raised in this one. Strangely, one sequence comes very close to explaining why Kristoff had no parents in Frozen, just a reindeer and an adoptive family of trolls, but someone must have cut the sequence in which everything becomes clear.

Some economists, farmers and Main Street business owners agree that the U.S.-China trade war has hurt trade and jobs across the country. But if tariffs aren’t the answer บาคาร่า to holding China accountable for intellectual property (IP) theft, currency manipulation, cyberattacks, producing and selling opioids to the U.S. and more, what is? Port of LA Executive Director Gene Seroka, who lived and worked in China, told the Daily Caller News Foundation that the U.S. should take a leadership position by going “to the WTO with allies walking hand-in-hand.” Some trade experts, farmers and Main Street business owners agree that the U.S.-China trade war has hurt trade and jobs across the country. Nearly half the cargo that travels through the Port of Los Angeles, the busiest port complex in the U.S., is subject to tariffs, which puts about 1.47 million jobs at risk of reduced hours or layoffs on a national level, a study by the Port of LA and BTS Associates released Tuesday found.“The impact เว็บคาสิโนออนไลน์ of consumers is real. Prices in certain segments have gone up,” Port of LA Executive Director Gene Seroka told the Daily Caller News Foundation. “The impact to companies that employ all of us in this country and aspire to hire more people are being stunted because of these tariffs. They’re absorbing additional costs. They’re holding cash back waiting for some level of certainty to invest.” Tariffs may not be the 188BET most effective way for the world to hold China accountable for intellectual property (IP) theft, currency manipulation, cyberattacks, producing and selling opioids to the U.S., subsidized state-owned enterprises and more, but bringing complaints to the World Trade Organization (WTO) could be a good place to start, Seroka said.Seroka believes the next step for President Donald Trump and his administration to address China’s trade malpractices is to bring complaints against the country to the WTO and work with other countries instead of trying to solve the issue without seeking outside assistance.
