有那麼一句老話,“千金難買老來瘦”。那麼,對於老年人來講,真是越瘦越好嗎?可未必。如果老年人過度消瘦,一方面反映機體可能存在某些消耗性疾病,另一方面如果營養素攝入不足,機體營養不良,免疫力下降,也會增加患其他疾病的風險。今天,佑安醫院營養師就來為老年人的體重管理支支招。

  老年人的胖瘦判斷另有標準

  對於老年人,什麼樣的體重才算適宜呢?現在,我們通常對於無嚴重疾病的老年人,用體質指數(BMI)來判斷。體質指數(BMI)=體重(kg)/身高(m2),成年人的體質指數(BMI)劃分是:<18.5為消瘦,18.5至23.9為正常體重,≥24為超重,≥28為肥胖。老年人隨著年齡增加,脊柱彎曲變形,身高較年輕時縮短,而體內脂肪組織增加,使得BMI相應升高。必利吉必利吉藥局必利吉ptt必利吉哪里買必利吉藥局ptt必利吉正品

  研究發現,如果老年人的BMI>26.9,這類人群很容易患高血壓、高血脂、高血糖及心血管疾病等,會縮短壽命。但如果老年人的BMI<21.0,身體消瘦,營養素攝入不足,免疫力降低,當流感、肺炎等疾病發生時,死亡率要高於正常老年人。因此,老年人的體質指數(BMI)在21.0至26.9最為適宜。

  超重老人步行健身減重最佳

  超重和肥胖的老年人如何科學管理體重?可以從以下七個方面著手:

  1.少量多餐,每餐吃七八成飽,若主食攝入較多,最好在原有飲食基礎上每天減主食1至2兩。

  2.每天膳食總能量的攝入在1000至2000Kcal之間,高能量食物應少吃或限制進食,如奶油糕點、糖果、含糖飲料等。

  5.少喝含酒精飲料,尤其是白酒,其能量高且營養素少,不利於體重下降。

  6.每天堅持運動,步行、慢跑、打太極等。這些有氧運動都特別適合老年人,尤其步行是肥胖老人最好的健身方式。每天走1至2小時,可分次完成,每次不少於15至20分鐘,以每分鐘80至90步的速度行走為宜。

  7.定期監測體重,每周稱重1-2次。減重不能急於求成,不能求快,只要體重較前一周下降,就說明控制有效。通過對飲食與運動方案的不斷調整,使體重逐漸達到健康體重範圍。
