My Bikini Belly Review

Every year, more than 3,000 people drown in pools; others drown while boating. If you have a pool and a child, it is a good idea to install a pool fence. Supervise children when swimming, and avoid roughhousing that could lead to accidents.. When boating, wear life jackets. Remember that alcohol and boating do not mix.
Insect Bites
In the summer, people tend to spend more time in areas where bugs congregate, such as forests. Insect bites can cause itching, redness, and serious diseases like Lyme disease and the West Nile Virus. The best bet to avoid these diseases is to avoid insect bites in the first place. Use insect repellant and citronella candles to keep the bugs away, and avoid wearing perfumes or using scented lotions that can attract them.
Food Poisoning
If you will be attending barbecues, campouts, and pot lucks this summer, you will want to be careful to avoid food poisoning. Make sure the meat that you eat is properly cooked. Avoid foods containing mayonnaise, milk, or other foods that need to be kept cool if they have been sitting in the sun for too long. When cooking, avoid cross-contamination that can occur when you place foods that are already cooked (or won't be cooked) on surfaces where you have placed raw meat. /a>
